Homemade Udon Noodles
I love noodles. And I love soup. I love going to Happy Sushi and getting a big steamy bowl of Tempura Udon. I crave it. I want it all the time. Sour Cream Chicken

It was pretty darn tasty! Really it was. The pasta bake was made in honor of a neighbor who just delivered her 12th baby! Twelve! And she's still alive, and doing well. Cute little nub of a baby. Street Tacos
I love tacos. Did you know, or have I told you? I think I could eat them every day of my life, and be as happy as a bug in a rug.
