Hi!  My name is Lisa, and I am the mom to 5 kids, wife to 1 baker, chicken owner, gardener, and food lover.  I started this blog years ago as a way to journal my family adventures, the recipes I loved and just keep track of life in general.  My husband and I are the proud owners of the Great Harvest Bread Co. in Logan, UT.  Hence the baker’s wife:)  We live in a very unique location.  My neighbor even wrote a song about it. I live “Somewhere North of Eden and South of Paradise”.  It’s a perfect place to grow some children as well as chickens and tomatoes.  I love sharing all good things. You’ll find me talking about my son’s mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as he serves in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia as well as the new salad I tried, the beautiful view from my morning run, and the cantaloup variety that yielded a bumper crop!  I’d love to have you come along for the ride, and share any thoughts you may have.
