Thanksgiving!!! My FAVORITE holiday all year long! Ever since I was little soup has been my favorite food. In first grade I remember cutting pictures out of my mom's Good Housekeeping magazine, that I used in a collage to represent ME for my class. This is IT!! I love this recipe!! I love it!! I love the use of leftovers (Baked Chicken Fajitas are the leftover of choice.) to create this yummy, portable meal. And let's be completely honest here.
